Role Overview

Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market、

The Ideal Candidate

  • Provide financial and technical leadership in the development of risk management strategies and proposals for new and existing service contracts
  • Provide financial & technical expertise in the development of an overall risk management strategy for GE
  • Assume leadership for the deal underwriting process from campaign kick-off through closure
  • Provide expertise to Services, Marketing, and Sales organizations in the development of sales strategies and proposals
  • Attend negotiation meetings to understand customer request and competition dynamic, develop win-win solutions
  • Drive for effective and accurate deal presentation, review, and approval with senior leadership teams
  • Develop scenario/sensitivity analysis for the most critical variables in customized service agreements, provide recommendation for optimized structure
  • Review contract terms & conditions to manage financial, technical and legal risks
  • Work across internal organizations to instill core knowledge / competency on service products and contract processes
  • Lead communication with CFM JV partner to align business strategy and campaign proposals
  • Develop processes to support the extended Risk Management team, Contract Program Managers, Platform Leaders, Engineering staff, Sales and other GE organizations
  • Lead efforts to automate modeling processes and analytical tools for more timely and accurate information sharing
  • Collaborate with collection team in driving cash collection effort in the region to meet PD target
  • Support overall risk training efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 8 additional years of experience in a risk analysis/management supporting sales or marketing function, finance or engineering position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, strong demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve results in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated successful use of Flight Deck tools on projects.
