Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $21.35 – $33.30 per hour
Elevate Customer Experiences in a Dynamic Aerospace Retail EnvironmentPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to support a high-traffic aerospace retail location. In this role, you’ll be the face of the store—delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing daily store operations, and helping maintain visual merchandising standards. If youre detail-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused, this opportunity offers the perfect launchpad to bring your retail expertise to a specialized industry.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll Do:Open and close the retail store, ensuring smooth daily operations
Provide outstanding customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Respond to customer inquiries and stakeholder communications via email and in person
Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Handle merchandise returns, stock adjustments (MOS/RTV), and freight processing
Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure timely inventory preparation
Prepare and execute customer orders, store transfers, and support special events
Implement and maintain visual merchandising and floor set standards
Support annual physical inventory and coordinate general store maintenance
What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of retail sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with a customer-first mindset
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing or supporting retail operations within a technical or specialized environment
Familiarity with inventory management systems and visual merchandising best practices
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and organize stock as needed

Pay Details: $21.35 to $33.30 per hour
