Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse operations by inspecting incoming materials, accurately maintaining inventory records, and preparing parts for storage and shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with computers and inventory systems, and the ability to work collaboratively to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials upon receipt and verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Enter and receive part data into the inventory database, ensuring all information is detailed, correct, and up to date.
- Record, file, and maintain trace documents in appropriate electronic systems and hard copy files.
- Locate and pull materials for inspection, storage, or shipment as requested.
- Prepare, package, and label materials for storage and shipment according to established procedures.
- Clean and prepare parts as instructed to meet quality and handling requirements.
- Perform physical inventory counts as directed and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Relocate materials within the warehouse to consolidate stock and optimize storage space.
- Assist team members in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and workstations.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assessments as directed by leadership.
- Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards during daily activities.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications and databases.
- Strong typing skills and general computer literacy for accurate data entry.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as needed.
- Ability to be flexible, self-directed, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when handling materials and documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, review documents for completeness and accuracy, and organize files.
- Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with coworkers, leadership, and other stakeholders.

- Experience working with inventory databases or warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with material handling, packing, and picking processes.
- Comfort working on a fixed second-shift schedule.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple tasks as needed.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse facility that handles aircraft parts, requiring careful attention to safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling. Work takes place primarily on the second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., following a 4/10 schedule. Overtime may be available depending on operational needs. The environment involves frequent movement within the warehouse, lifting and relocating materials, and working around storage racks, packing areas, and inspection stations. Employees use computers, inventory databases, and standard material handling equipment to complete daily tasks. The workplace emphasizes organization, accuracy, and adherence to quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
