Summary

Our interiors Response center (IRC) in the Philippines is Looking for a qualified front line technical representative. This customer facing acts as the interface between the customer and our product support engineering teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.

• Ensure all technical request are on document and routed to the appropriate business unit.

• Troubleshoots technical inquiries received using available data.

• Compute and analyze repair data for reporting

• Communicates customers priorities and collaborate with business unit product support engineering for efficient resolution.

• Mus be able to work irregular hours and shift schedules including holidays and weekends

• Analyzes and interprets in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well being of self and others.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be ablet to read and interpret drawings both 2D and 3D.

• Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layout

• Red, write and fluently speak and understand the English Language

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other specifications.

• Write comprehensive reports, documents and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ATA chapters

• Teamcenter

• Microsoft applications

• Must be at least a year in current job level/post

• Should not be under a Performance Succession Plan.

• Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year.
