• Delivery of all controlling inputs for financial statements, incl. variance and performance analyses  
• Development of concise, management-ready reporting for executive management and stakeholders  
• Acting as business partner to internal functions, incl. scenario and ad-hoc analyses  
• Proactive management of financial risks and compliance with group standards  
• Responsibility for tax-related controlling topics and audit-proof documentation  
• Driving cost transparency, profitability initiatives and process automation  
• Leadership and development of the controlling team

• Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting or equivalent qualification  
• Several years of leadership experience in finance, ideally in an international environment  
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial steering  
• Excellent analytical skills and strong business mindset  
• Very good knowledge of BI tools, MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)  
• Strong communication skills and proven leadership capability
