Contract Management - To manage the companies legal & business contract following the objective of efficiency, compliance, risk management and cost reduction.- To maintain classification and database creationPhysical storage, digital storage and access control GM Office Operations - To support GMO’s daily operation such as office supplies purchase, meeting room reservation- Admin support to GM like reimbursement, travel managementSupport Company Contract Management - The same purpose as the first objective above, due to the GMs’ responsibility scope, the maintain Support company’s contract as well. Company activities support - To support meetings, seminars, company activities if needed. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
