Customer Experience Internship

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, communication, and problem-solving within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and calmly

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

Reporting Line

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service
