Position Summary
You will be responsible for coordinating efficient supply chain operations, from import logistics to local distribution, ensuring regulatory compliance, excellent customer service, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import operations from origin to final delivery.
- Oversee national and international logistics for chemical products.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and chemical handling requirements.
- Manage inventory and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and customs brokers.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to ensure material flow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and import operations, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, CTPAT, IMMEX, and chemical import/export regulations.
- Advanced English (daily use, both written and spoken).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
