How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The HR Strategy & Planning (HRSP) team plays a critical role in aligning enterprise HR strategy with business priorities and supporting transformational programs across the organization. Our team drives executive strategy support, leadership communications, annual planning cycles, regular reporting, and complex initiatives that impact the 100,000+ employees of Delta.As a co-op, you’ll be embedded in a high-impact team working at the intersection of data, storytelling, strategy, and executive alignment. You’ll support HR enterprise planning efforts, help develop leadership-ready materials, and contribute to the evolution of employee experience design and measurement. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Optional to upload a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design executionMust be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institutionAt least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scaleMust be able to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semestersMust be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-opWorking as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation.
