We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of a high-profile, multi-year, multi-site national program. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects from design through turnover, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and contractual compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate efforts to meet deliverables on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead national, multi-site projects across all phases: design, execution, testing, closeout, and turnover.
Ensure projects meet all contractual obligations, schedules, and financial targets.
Drive consistent quality across all project deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage change, mitigate risk, and resolve construction disputes proactively.
Monitor project progress through detailed reporting and intervention strategies.
Supervise subcontractors and internal resources across engineering, construction, and technical domains.
Maintain accurate documentation and communication across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in architecture-engineering and design/build environments.
5+ years in the competitive construction industry with projects exceeding $4 million.
3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), and/or Security Systems.
Familiarity with NFPA 72 and 101, and fire alarm systems (for fire-related projects).
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
Certifications such as:
XLS140/XLS3000 Fire Detection & Mass Notification Systems
Xtralis Vesda Accreditation
NICET Level III or higher (especially for fire-related projects)

Pay Details: $150.00 to $170.00 per year
