Role IntroductionReports to: Senior Solution Lead
You will join our Information Technology team in Hong Kong, where we collaborate closely to deliver high‑quality technology solutions that support the organisation’s needs and enhance overall service performance.
In this role, you will drive technology direction, understand business requirements and lead solution delivery within our subsidiaries.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely and quality delivery of IT initiatives while managing service performance and implementing continuous improvements. You will gain hands‑on experience in solution design, service operations, vendor management, project delivery and team leadership, offering strong exposure to end‑to‑end technology lifecycle execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the IT Service Delivery meets the committed SLA. Manage external parties and lead internal teams to ensure the continuous improvement of the IT Service quality
- Ensure on-time delivery for assigned IT initiatives, within budget and with good quality
- Conduct software change impact analysis to support day-to-day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
- Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to provide effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
- Conduct monthly service reviews with individual business stakeholders to discuss service issues, service improvements and identify initial project requirements if necessary
- Manage IT Projects, including user requirements study, solution selection/development, user acceptance test, and solution deployment
- Prepare, review, and approve documentation in the whole software development life cycle
- Manage IT solution testing and release processes
- Support resource planning and budget preparation
- Directly manage one or more Solution Analysts
- Conduct any ad hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements- Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline
- 8+ years of relevant IT service delivery management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Results oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Domain knowledge on HRIS / HRMS / HR Operations Systems is desired
- Vendor management and stakeholder management are necessary
- Team management is an advantage
- Large-scale application development project experience is an advantage
