Key Responsibilities- Support pre-project consulting for a portfolio pipeline of initiatives
- Capture and communicate business direction, challenges, and requirements
- Recommend commercially and technically viable ideas to improve business performance, particularly for data‑intensive initiatives.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and architects to develop the best technical design
- Plan, design, develop, implement, and support IT products and applications in an Agile environment to meet customer needs
- Provide an escalation point for solution analysts to deliver business solutions.
- Initiate, define, plan, and execute tasks/initiatives
- Test all solution aspects including security, performance, and integration
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the software development team and external 3rd parties as required
- Coach Solution Analysts on any aspect of their role
RequirementsMinimum:
- Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline, Masters preferred
- 8+ years of related IT experience covering but not limited to:
- Software development
- Data Engineering
- Data Analytics
- System analysis
- Business analysis
- Solution definition
- System Testing
- Experience delivering data analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Hands‑on experience designing and implementing data interfaces across multiple systems and data formats
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify patterns and propose actionable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present solutions confidently to diverse stakeholders
- Professional, proactive, and self‑motivated
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry
- Experience in software development is an advantage
