Skills you bring to this role
- Understanding of the CFRs and FAA requirements for 145 Repair Station Operations.
- Basic understanding of ERP operating systems.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cohesive teams.
- Proven effective business communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal relationship/team building skills.
What you need to be successful
- 10 years of management level experience in Operations.
- 5 years of experience in a formal leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred
- 5-7 years of helicopter modification and maintenance.
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Experience with SAP, iMRO, Traxxall, Flightdocs, Ramco, Salesforce.
