This role is responsible for seamless collaboration with Cross Functional Teams and Technicians to meet daily customer demand.

Senior Associate Manager – Production
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure use of PPE.
- Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Implement 5S practices in assembly area.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Ensure assembly line meets production schedule.
- Monitor hourly production output.
- Balance assembly line to avoid bottlenecks.
- Ensure minimum downtime.
- Ensure SOP and work instructions are followed.
- Monitor defect rate in assembly.
- Coordinate with quality department for inspections.
- Implement corrective actions for defects.
- Allocate operators based on skill matrix.
- Manage shift manpower planning.
- Conduct training for operators.
- Monitor attendance and discipline.
- Implement Kaizen and Lean practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow.
- Reduce cycle time.
- Suggest cost reduction ideas.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Track KPIs like OEE, scrap, downtime.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct shift meetings.

Qualifications:
- Diploma 3 to 6 years of experience in production.
- BE with 2 to 4 years of experience in production.
