You are a part of the team that offers invaluable material support to our customers from various sites across the globe - China (Beijing), Singapore, UAE (Dubai), Germany (Hamburg), Denmark (Copenhagen) and the United States of America (Dulles, Miami and Atlanta).

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • You will ensure the timely resolution of customer cases and complaints raised via Salesforce. As the business line representative for the Satair Material & Logistics division, you&39;ll be consulting with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Support & Steer the Regional CSIP Activities

  • As a functional representative from the region, you will support in steering and management of regional CSIP activities. As part of regional and global survey management, you will facilitate the contact collection campaign and support the rollout of the CSIP Material & Logistics Module. In collaboration with proximity teams, you will co-develop regional and account-level action plans. These plans will ensure communication and alignment with customer satisfaction initiatives from the region.

  • You may be required to participate in customer visits, accompanying Account Directors or Customer Support Directors. These visits are to address material support and satisfaction-related issues.
You will maintain strong relationships with Airbus Customer Services, including Field Service and Customer Support Directors. This is essential to stay informed about key initiatives and industry developments.

  • Part of your role will involve managing customer expectations about policies and contract standards, educating them when needed to ensure clarity and understanding.

Besides these, you may be required to represent Satair at industry events, both regional and global, showcasing the company’s material support capabilities, when necessary.
