Our Live Support team keep our core holiday tech platforms running, such as our reservation and communications platforms, and third-party integrations. As our Live Support Manager, you’ll lead the team, making sure any issues are picked up quickly and dealt with properly.
You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure queries and technical issues are resolved within agreed timeframes, and when something goes wrong, you’ll take the lead, keeping everyone informed, managing expectations, and driving things forward until its fixed. You’ll keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities to reduce incidents, and work with others to introduce smart fixes that make things run better.
You’ll be responsible for tracking how well the support function is performing and helping hold third parties to account. You’ll review external changes, make sure disaster recovery plans are clear and tested, and look for ways to automate. Everything you do helps protect revenue and keep our customers experience on track.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We’re looking for somebody with a strong working knowledge of internal systems and interfaces (including ATCOM) within easyJet holidays
You’ll have led people before, coached them to improve, and helped them grow in confidence and capability. You’re comfortable setting direction, keeping things organised, and stepping in when needed.
You’ll have experience of managing external partners and internal stakeholders, and know how to balance priorities without losing sight of quality. You can explain technical issues clearly, without the jargon, and you don’t shy away from difficult conversations with either suppliers or senior managers.
You think ahead, spot potential problems early, and stay calm under pressure. You know how to track performance, maintain high standards, and bring others with you. You understand the importance of keeping things running to agreed service levels, and most of all, you care about doing the right thing for your team, for the business, and for the customer.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office
