Role Overview:
- A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.
- Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in related field
- Proven professional experience in an HR Manager role is essential, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and expertise in human resources management
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high growth, fast paced environment
- Experience building meaningful, trusting relationships and positive work environments
- Self-motivated and assertive: ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments, get answers, and autonomously drive solutions
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
- Desires employee-facing work; willingness to make horizontal moves to develop HR expertise
