As a Human Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of supporting the success of our CMM & Digital Services business. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Operations, Finance, our global HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide seamless, high-quality HR support to our teammates and managers. You’re in-person engagement will be key to enhancing the employee experience!
Position Responsibilities:
Lead a small matrixed team of HR professionals, guiding performance, development and engagement
Serve as a trusted business partner to CMM, providing real time HR solutions aligned with business goals
Deliver real-time HR engagement and solutions to CMM & Digital Services teammates
Foster a culture where employee experience is at the heart of HR service delivery
Support the execution of key HR processes, including performance support, employee movement, and leadership coaching
Collaborate with HR COEs to provide insights for designing impactful HR programs in areas like labor relations, talent management, and compensation
Utilize HR metrics and people data to identify trends and drive effective solutions
Craft innovative solutions to complex challenges while adhering to established policies
Lead the transformation of HR through process implementation and continuous technological advancements in Workday
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Human Resources
5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role (including people leadership or team mentoring responsibilities)
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
Experience in complex, regulated environments such as manufacturing or aerospace
Experience influencing and building trust and partnership across all levels
Experience with HR systems such as Workday
Experience with employee benefits and compensation
Experience utilizing strong communication skills with a dynamic presentation approach

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $116,450 - $157,550
