This role will report directly to the Director of People Experience (PX) & Communications.

WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Develop, deliver and own outstanding end-to-end internal communications strategy that aligns with Delta Vacations’ business goals, strengthens culture and improves every step of the employee journey.
- Lead the overall onboarding and offboarding programs, elevating the people experience from start to finish.
- Evaluate Delta Vacations’ current people experience and touchpoints and guide the PX & Communications and HR teams in documenting, transforming, optimizing and measuring them.
- Partner with key stakeholders to lead the design and facilitation of impactful employee and leadership forums that foster transparency, enhance connection and cultivate a strong sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with leaders to communicate consistent internal messages that motivate and engage Delta Vacations employees from various backgrounds.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver Delta Vacations internal communications strategy and end-to-end people journey touchpoints.
- Serve as Delta Vacations’ liaison with Delta Global Communications to support the development of new internal strategies and plans, ensure alignment, consistency of messaging and timeliness of communications across internal channels.
- Sharpen and manage Delta Vacations’ intranet and internal email strategy program to ensure employees have the vital information, resources and tools at their fingertips.
- Develop, manage and coordinate appropriate budgets and forecasting.
- Follow all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. Ensure corresponding compliance of staff members.

Position type/standard schedule
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as job duties demand.

Salary
$71,308 – $126,844 annually
