We are looking for a Data Science & AI Director that will design and lead the corporate strategy for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to maximize the use of data as a strategic asset. Ensure that AI becomes a competitive advantage by integrating it into key business processes, product/service innovation, and customer experience enhancement, while upholding high ethical, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
Educational requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: AI Responsible (IBM, Stanford, Microsoft), Digital Transformation (MIT, INSEAD), Project/Portfolio Management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in leadership roles focused on Data.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and advanced analytics in sectors such as aviation, transportation, travel, retail, or financial services.
- Crisis management and complex decision-making
Knowledge in:
- AI governance and strategy
- Complex systems modeling and advanced AI solutions
- Modern data architectures and big data
- MLOps and DevOps for data science
- Model lifecycle management in production environments
- Business KPIs applied to predictive and prescriptive models
