Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the implementation of repair, maintenance and servicing programmes for production equipment to ensure continuous improvement of equipment availability and reduction of equipment downtime.
本职位主要负责生产设备的的维修,维护,保养计划的实施,确保不断提高设备可利用率及减少设备停机时间.
1. Have a strong awareness of risk prevention and safety and be familiar with safety prevention procedures (LOTO, etc.) in the maintenance of equipment. Supervise the strict compliance of suppliers with the relevant safety systems.
具有强烈风险预防和安全意识,熟悉设备维修过程中的安全预防程序(LOTO等).监督供应商严格遵守相关安全制度.
2. Ensure that all equipment in the area of responsibility is in good working order and meets the production needs of the production line.
保障责任区域类所有设备处于良好工作状态,满足产线的生产需求.
3. According to the established equipment maintenance plan and the content of the equipment for regular maintenance maintenance, feedback maintenance process found in the equipment problems, to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition.
根据制定的设备保养计划和内容对设备进行定期的保养维护,反馈保养过程中发现的设备问题,确保设备处于良好的运行状态.
4 .responsible for the production line of the reported repair equipment for maintenance, summary of the problem with the equipment maintenance engineers to analyse the problem, put forward preventive solutions.
负责对产线的报修设备进行维修,汇总问题与设备维护工程师一起对问题进行分析,提出预防方案.
5.timely and accurate completion of the equipment repair system to fill in the data.
及时准确的完成设备报修系统的数据填写.
6. Assist supervisors and engineers to evaluate and formulate relevant spare parts plans, and continuously improve the teams maintenance performance.
协助主管和工程师评估制定相关备件计划,持续提高团队维修绩效。
7. Completing other tasks arranged by the company and leaders.
完成公司和领导安排的其他任务.

Job Requirements:

1.\tSpecialist and above education level.
专科及以上学历水平
2.\tFamiliar with heat treatment vacuum furnace equipment, and can carry out simple calibration of related equipment is preferred. For example, TUS, SAT, etc.; or familiar with CNC equipment (turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.), robots and other metal processing industry equipment principles, understanding of the basic process.
熟悉热处理真空炉设备，并能进行相关设备的简单校验优先。例如TUS, SAT等；或者熟悉CNC数控设备（车、铣、钻、磨等）,机器人等金属加工行业设备原理，了解基本工艺.
3.\tHave basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, PLC.
具备机械,液压,电子,PLC方面基本知识.
4.\tRead and understand mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings.
阅读并理解机械、液压、电气图纸
5.\tSimple office software application skills
简单的办公软件应用技能
6.\tgood team player, quality conscious and cost conscious.

7.\tgood planning and execution skills.
