Morson Edge are recruiting for experienced Aircraft Technicians to support fast jet aircraft within a regulated Aerospace environment.

This role suits technicians with strong fast jet or ex-military aircraft experience who are looking to work on a high-profile programme with opportunities for type training and international deployment.

You will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fast jet trainer aircraft, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance with approved technical documentation and regulatory requirements. Following type rating training, the role may include participation in Customer Work Packages, including overseas travel.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fast jet trainer aircraft

• Remove, inspect, reinstall and make safe aircraft parts and systems

• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and maintenance records

• Support aircraft modification and upgrade programmes

• Participate in Customer Work Package activity following type training, including potential USA travel

• Proven experience maintaining fast jet trainer or ex-military aircraft

• Current Security Clearance (SC)

• Full right to work in the UK

• Strong understanding of aircraft safety, maintenance procedures and compliance

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a high-pressure environment

• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Experience making safe aircraft parts and systems

• Familiarity with military aviation standards and documentation

• Previous international maintenance or deployment experience
