Build the Future of FlightPDS Tech Commercial is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Aerospace Products Repair/Mod Technician to join our team in Heath, Ohio. In this 6-month consulting role, you’ll play a vital part in the repair, modification, and enhancement of aerospace systems that power the skies. Location: Heath, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: Full-time Consultant (6 Months)
Pay Rate: $26.52 – $29.46 per hour
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Repair/Mod Technician, you’ll support the maintenance and enhancement of aerospace systems and components. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting with disassembly of systems to correct failures or implement upgrades
- Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Repairing or replacing faulty components under supervision
- Fabricating and modifying aerospace products to meet exact specifications
- Supporting safe handling and operations of aerospace vehicles
- Performing validation and verification testing of systems and components
- Regular and predictable attendance is required to ensure team success.
What You Bring Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience using hand-held tools
- Willingness to work with beryllium or other chemical elements
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.
Preferred Qualifications- 1+ year of experience working with a microscope
- Previous experience in aerospace or mechanical repair environments

Pay Details: $26.52 to $29.46 per hour
