About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Deploy swiftly to AOG events and conduct effective maintenance in the field.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in compliance with FAA and OEM requirements.
Manage direct communication with external customers to set clear expectations and work timelines.
Document all maintenance tasks accurately within internal systems.
Maintain readiness and safety of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Deliver exceptional professionalism and customer service on-site.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance are prioritized in all actions.
Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
At least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience; recent AOG or field service experience preferred.
Proficiency in handling one or more platforms: Gulfstream (GIV–G700), Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Cessna Citation series, King Air 90/200/350, or Embraer Phenom/Legacy.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities.
Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
Ability to work independently, with strong organization and customer-service skills.
Must pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
