Job Description:

Contributions to the Team (Responsibilities):

  • Adhere to general work requirements.
  • Inspect engines and/or APUs, components, and associated aircraft systems and components in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with installation, removal, or modifications and repairs of turbine engines, APUs, and airframe systems or components.
  • Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
  • Assist with engine/APUs and related systems operational checks and functional tests.
  • Assist with performing complete engine runs.
  • Assist with off-aircraft component repair.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English in both written and verbal form.
  • Operate ground support equipment.
  • Own and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
  • Ability to operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.).
  • Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in 5-S activities.
  • Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
  • Basic PC skills.

How to Thrive in this Role (Qualifications & Requirements):

  • You must have an FAA Powerplant License.
Tool Requirements
  • Tool Inventory: Provide a typed tool inventory sheet with a minimum tool list.
  • Tool Identification: Tools must be shadowed and etched with 2 letters and 4 numbers (e.g., AB1234).
Uniform Policy
  • Uniform Requirements: Wear the specified uniform, including:
  • Navy Blue or Grey Pants
  • Solid Dark Grey T-Shirt or Sweatshirt
  • Solid black professional-looking closed-toe shoes
  • Solid black belt or suspenders (no exposed metal)
  • Solid black winter hats or knit caps
  • Safety Shoes: Steel, Composite, or Aluminum-toed shoes required.
