Job Summary

Were looking for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled inspections, complex maintenance, and repair activities on various airframe types. Youll work under minimal supervision, ensuring all tasks adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all maintenance activities as outlined in work orders, service bulletins, and CAMP cards.
• Perform advanced aircraft modifications, sheet metal repair, corrosion control, landing gear, or engine removals.
• Ensure all work complies with maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and approved documentation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Lead and Quality to ensure full compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements.
• Mentor junior technicians, demonstrating effective maintenance repair techniques.
• Conduct functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance desired).
• 4 years of progressive maintenance experience and/or training in business aviation or military.
• Valid FAA A&P license (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints and maintenance manuals.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
