* Pay Rate: $15.00-$20.00/hour Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of forklift experience.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
* Previous experience related to warehouse or material handling duties is a plus! Job Duties & Functions
* Crate parts for shipment and storage.
* Handle materials, including storing, stocking, and counting inventory.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials on the shipping dock.
* Support shop cleanliness by sweeping and maintaining work areas.
* Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment.
* Drive a company pickup truck as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders, and work stands.
* Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of the shift.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
* Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.
* Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
