Job Title: Stockroom Clerk
Job DescriptionThe Stockroom Clerk accurately receives, stores, and issues materials in a stockroom environment that supports the repair and overhaul of aircraft systems. This role focuses on material handling, data entry, and inventory control within an MRP system to ensure traceability, accuracy, and timely fulfillment of work orders while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials by unloading carts, verifying quantities against work orders, and performing a visual inspection of materials for any damage.
- Transfer received materials to appropriate picking shelves and accurately record all receipts in the MRP system.
- Fill work orders by identifying requested materials and pulling the correct items from stock in a timely and accurate manner.
- Control inventory by entering all stock transactions into the system and ensuring all required paperwork is complete and properly filed.
- Perform cycle counts of materials as requested and reconcile physical counts with the Royal IV inventory records.
- Re-enter returned materials into the system to maintain accurate stock levels and traceability.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean stockroom environment in compliance with workplace safety practices.
Essential Skills- 0–1 years of experience in a stockroom, inventory, or similar material handling role.
- At least 1 year of data entry or comparable experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic experience with inventory control processes and stockroom operations.
- Proficiency with MS Windows and Microsoft Office, including basic knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry into an MRP or similar inventory management system.
- Capability to handle materials safely and efficiently in a stockroom environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established procedures and documentation requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
- Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and cycle counting processes.
- Exposure to operations that support repair and overhaul activities is a plus.

Work Environment
This role is based in a stockroom environment that supports an FAA repair station specializing in the repair and overhaul of aircraft systems, including oxygen tanks and life vests. You will work primarily on-site, handling physical materials, moving carts, and working with shelving and stock locations. The position follows a first-shift schedule, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with regular use of computers, the MRP system, and Microsoft Office tools to manage inventory and documentation.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
