Job Title: EOL InspectorJob Description
The EOL Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of production parts and information in support of customer requirements within the Product Manufacturing divisions Quality/Operations department.
Responsibilities
- Interact with shop floor personnel to support order fulfillment.
- Assist in scheduling and prioritizing workflow according to purchase orders and recovery schedules.
- Physically move and expedite work through shop work centers as required.
- Coordinate daily production requirements with the Shop Manager and area Team Leaders.
- Resolve any scheduling conflicts and ensure timely order progression.
- Track orders and ensure accurate clocking to work centers.
- Provide input to Team Leaders regarding priorities and help organize jobs for processing according to schedules and commitments.
- Validate work order progress using shop schedules and Expedite Report.
- Manage any Engineering Change Order (ECO) activities as directed, including pulling work orders for redline or stop work.
- Ensure Andon boards are updated daily.
- Support all shop walks and work planning meetings to meet flow requirements.
- Accomplish daily tasks with discipline and urgency.
- Document all issues of concern and important information accurately.
- Work the necessary hours to successfully address all job-related issues.
Essential Skills- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Proficiency in basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems involving concrete variables with limited standardization.
- Interpretation of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience with inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience in quality assurance and visual inspection.

Work Environment
The role involves regular interaction with moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level is usually loud. The position is based at the PMC South location with day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, subject to slight variations. Physical demands include standing, using hands, frequent walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The ability to frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds is required, along with peripheral vision and depth perception.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
