Make an Impact in Aerospace ProcurementPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Procurement Agent to support a critical aerospace program in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will drive strategic subcontract management, supplier engagement, and best-value sourcing—helping ensure our supply chain delivers superior quality, compliance, and performance. If you have a strong background in defense procurement and thrive in a cross-functional environment, this role is your opportunity to influence success at every level.
What You’ll Do Daily:Manage subcontract agreements compliant with FAR/DFARS regulations, ensuring proper flow-downs and contract adherence
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving contract compliance and high supplier performance
Lead supplier competitions using best-value selection criteria to identify and negotiate with top suppliers
Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and program management teams to align procurement with operational goals
Support proposal development by assisting in cost estimating, financial analysis, and creating compliant subcontract proposals
Focus on procurement within advanced composites, machining, and structural supplier categories
What You Bring:Required Qualifications:
10+ years of supply chain, procurement, or subcontracting experience in the defense industry (Level 4+)
In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and subcontract flow-down compliance
Proven ability to run supplier competitions and negotiate based on best-value principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and resolve issues
Experience mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in estimating, financial analysis, and proposal development
Familiarity with advanced composites, advanced machining, and aerospace structural suppliers

Pay Details: $108.58 per hour
