Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Consultant (24-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate: $49.00 – $50.00/hr (based on experience)

Drive Financial Excellence Where Precision MattersPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s FP&A team supporting a leading aerospace business focused on engine nozzles. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial strategy, leading capital planning, and supporting critical operational decisions across cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do:Financial Reporting & Close
Manage timely and accurate monthly close processes and quarterly accounting tasks
Analyze financial results against forecasts, budgets, and historical trends
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments per policy
Provide detailed variance analysis and reporting for leadership
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business objectives
Capital Planning & Asset Management
Lead the evaluation and prioritization of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects
Develop and manage the annual capital budget
Track monthly project spending and align with financial targets
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions and timelines
Drive process improvement across fixed asset management initiatives
What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting, ideally within manufacturing
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and OneStream
Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Pay Details: $49.00 to $50.00 per hour
