Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Contract administrator (Finance) Light helicopters (f/m) to join our Finance department based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team supporting sales of Light Helicopters (H125, H130) As part of the programme controlling team, you will be involved in contractual administration and helicopter deliveries - financial support activities.

Your challenges:
Contractual support and administrative monitoring for helicopter sales / deliveries during the execution phase including contract creation, collection or creation of all documentation for contractual deliverables (e.g.calls for funds, invoicing, down payments allocation) in compliance with accounting (IFRS), tax, export control rules, insurance regime, and government pricing regulations/audits.
Management of intercompany flows and transactions with Airbus Helicopters customer centers
Support sales and program management departments to define contractual terms&conditions and financial documentation
Anticipation of revenue recognition topics (IFRS), tax topics (VAT, permanent establishment, transfer pricing, etc.), export control topics (military and dual-use deliverables) and customs topics
Receivables collection management, including advance payments and milestone tracking. Dispute escalation management.
Cash collection reporting (actuals and forecasts)
Your profile:
Min 3 years of professional experience
Technical expertise : SAP, MS Office pack and/or GSuite pack
Communication skills - English - advanced level
Financial / accounting basic skills
Contract law basic knowledge will be a plus
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
