We have an exciting position as Master Scheduler to join our Operations team in Lubeck. The Master Scheduler is responsible for mid- and short-term production planning and ensures that customer demand is fulfilled on time while optimizing the use of production capacity and material availability.

What you will do 

• Creation, maintenance, and continuous adjustment of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts, customer orders, capacity constraints, and material availability

• Coordination of production volumes and delivery dates with production, supply chain, customer service, and material planning

• Identification and analysis of capacity constraints and development of planning scenarios to ensure delivery performance

• Support of the SIOP process by providing planning metrics and decision-support data

• Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels, production throughput, and resource utilization

• Prioritization of production orders in case of conflicts between capacity, material availability, and customer requirements

• Maintenance of planning-relevant master data and use of planning and reporting tools

• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure stable production planning and reliable delivery performance

Experience & Skills  

• Experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations planning

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP R/3 is considered an advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills in a cross-functional environment

• C1 Level German and Business Level English

• Current eligibility to work and live in Germany

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant degree

Der Master Scheduler ist verantwortlich für die mittel- und kurzfristige Produktionsprogrammplanung und stellt sicher, dass Kundenaufträge unter optimaler Nutzung der verfügbaren Kapazitäten und Materialien termingerecht erfüllt werden.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:

• Erstellung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Anpassung des Master Production Schedule (MPS) unter Berücksichtigung von Forecasts, Kundenaufträgen, Kapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeiten

• Abstimmung von Produktionsmengen und Lieferterminen mit Produktion, Supply Chain, Customer Service und Materialplanung

• Analyse von Kapazitätsengpässen sowie Entwicklung von Szenarien zur Sicherstellung der Lieferperformance

• Unterstützung des SIOP Prozesses durch Bereitstellung relevanter Planungskennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

• Überwachung und Optimierung von Beständen, Durchlaufzeiten und Produktionsauslastung

• Priorisierung von Fertigungsaufträgen bei Zielkonflikten zwischen Kapazität, Materialverfügbarkeit und Kundenanforderungen

• Pflege und Sicherstellung konsistenter planungsrelevanter Stammdaten sowie Nutzung von Planungs- und Reportingtools

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen Produktionsplanung und Lieferfähigkeit

Anforderungen / Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung, Supply Chain oder Produktionssteuerung

• Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 sind von Vorteil

• Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld
