The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis supporting the business systems team with Smartsheets and analysis.

Assist in the creation of Smartsheet workflows, reports, and dashboards
Edit workflows to align with new company processes
Gather and report data to create weekly reports
Support in system management
Partner with DPS teams to complete project tasks as assigned
Research opportunities to enhance enterprise
Support process development and execution
