Tasks
Once you join our team, you will:
- Responsible for data collection, analysis, and control of reimbursable costs for line/base maintenance, tool loans, and material sales
- Handles internal revenue entries and invoicing for direct customers and internal mother company
- Ensures issuance of financial documents to secure timely customer payments per contract
- Controls layovers and prepares customer invoices in SAP local system
- Manages invoicing in SAP P04 (German system) on behalf of LHT AG Hamburg for Base maintenance services
- Issues partial, estimation, and final invoices based on contract terms and layover analysis
- Performs technical invoice adjustments in SAP P04 for reporting purposes (month-end, quarter-end, year-end, accruals)
- Responsible for month-end closing, revenue and cost analysis, and bookings for local and German entities

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- At least 3 years relevant job experience
- Relevant university degree is considered as an advantage
- Very good knowledge in MS Windows, Word, Excel; good SAP skills (SD/FI/CO-module) desirable
- Good communication skills towards management, vendors and customers
- Flexibility and availability to travel abroad
- Team spirit
- Very good analytical skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
