Morson are working with a leading Aerospace Manufacturer who are looking for a new Production Controller to work at their Wolverhampton site.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient production flow
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimise supply chain processes
- Generate production reports and maintain accurate production records
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the production area
- Act as a supportive team member by covering for other planners and the Planning Lead during short-term absences.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and increase overall efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production control or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of production planning and scheduling processes
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment
